Ashton Killilea Gauthier, B.S.

Program Manager of Out-of-School Time Initiatives

Ashton Killilea Gauthier is program manager for Out of School Time Initiatives at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. In this role at the Center, she focuses on professional development for OST Professionals and adapting RULER to out-of-school time settings; including summer learning and after-school programming.

Prior to her role at the Center, Ashton ran a Family Resource Center housed in a public elementary school, and most recently was the Student Affairs Manager at a New Haven, CT, charter school. Ashton has her B.S. from Southern Connecticut State University and is certified in Non-Profit Leadership Innovation and Sustainability from the University of New Haven. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, friends and family.​
